We are the Walker Family.

Chris Walker

Chris Walker has taught on Evangelism for over 15 years in the United States and Latin America.

He is currently an Evangelist in the Presbytery of the James, and a faculty member of the Dunamis Fellowship of Presbyterian Reformed Ministries International.

Chris was the Associate Pastor at Eternity Church in Richmond, VA, an international Church plant launched in 2001.

Prior to that he was associate pastor at Christ Presbyterian in Richmond.

He received a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield IL, and a Master of Theology from Union Theological Seminary, Richmond VA. In 2004, he was Millard Scholar of Evangelism at Union PSCE in Richmond.

Chris has served as the moderator of the Evangelism and Renewal Committee, and a member of the Congregational Ministries Board of the Presbytery of the James.

Brenda Walker

Brenda is the primary author behind www.MisManualidades.org and has been married to Chris since fall of 1992.

She has developed workshops geared towards the training of children’s workers using crafts created from common household items.

Prior to working with Chris in the mission field, she has been a Systems Programmer for Carmax, a Fortune 500 company based in Richmond. She has also served alongside Chris as a youth worker, and Sunday school teacher, and director of multiple outreaches and Vacation Bible Schools.

Hi Chris, I found your website by googling panama missionary. I really liked your site. Especially the topic of evangelism. I am an associate Pastor from Colorado Springs moving to Panama in January of 2010 with my wife and two daughters. We are here to plant a church in Panama City. Our vision is evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. (in a nutshell.)

We are here for one week to find housing and kinda get a feel for the place.

I would like to meet with you and pick your brain about living here, what to watch for and not to do, etc. Also I could gain some insights on your evangelism training.

I understand you may be pretty busy, but if there is any time we would like to meet with you and your family.

We will be her until the 12th.

Blessings to you, Chris! I am from Mount Oak Fellowhip Church in MD. I have just stepped out on faith to chair our missions committee.
God has put missions on my heart for a few years now so, I had to put my faith in action.
Please know we are praying for you and plan to focus on all of our missionaries the 3rd Sunday of each month. How do you like all this snow? We are updating all info. Will be contacting you soon. Harriette
